Any packages that are to be mailed on a Saturday,
need to be at the Butler Armory by the Thursday prior.

If you are utilizing a designated drop off site or need to schedule
a pick up, please do so by the Tuesday prior.

Please be aware that 6 soldiers from Company A, 1/112th, that had remained at the Armories
here in Butler/ Ford City, were "activated" and are currently at a duty station within Iraq.

Once SOS Butler has been given these soldiers' permanent addresses, SOS Butler will be
searching for sponsors to adopt these soldiers for their entire tour of duty. If you are interested,
please contact a member of SOS Butler.

Please remember that when you are dropping off packages to any of the designated donation
sites, write your soldier’s name and/or number on the outside or inside of the package!

SOS Butler wants to make sure that you get credit for the donations that you have made.
